A plain-language overview of the current website form. The operator’s full privacy notice will be completed before launch.
The form asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, language and optional broad interest. A submission reference is created to help identify your enquiry. There is no field for medical records, photographs or payment details.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Your form details are sent through Resend to erkan@kurgusal.com so the coordination team can respond by phone or WhatsApp. If you provide an email address, Resend also sends an enquiry confirmation to that address in your chosen language. The form is not a clinical record system.
Contact hello@narincare.com if you want to ask about or request deletion of your enquiry. Include the submission reference if available, but do not send medical information.
Google Analytics is loaded only if you enable visit statistics in Cookie preferences. It measures general page groups, phone and WhatsApp clicks and accepted enquiries. Form contents, treatment topics, submission references, URL queries and fragments are not included in our measurement events. Advertising personalisation and automatic interaction measurement are disabled. Google may process device and network information when the tool is enabled.
Microsoft Clarity is loaded only with your separate recording permission on two public city articles: A slower way to discover Istanbul, and The everyday rhythm of Nişantaşı, Teşvikiye and Maçka. Strict masking is enabled. Treatment pages, enquiry pages and visits with URL queries or unapproved referring pages are excluded from recording. Clarity may process interaction, device and network information when enabled.
Both optional tools are off before you choose. Cookie preferences in the footer lets you grant or withdraw permission separately. Your preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops the tool through a page reload and clears its accessible first-party cookies; it does not erase information already received by the providers.
