We can introduce interpreters or companions for agreed appointments and practical needs. Confirm language, duration, meeting point and fee. Clinical explanations, consent and decisions remain with the clinic and dentist.

## Arrival and check-in assistance

Request airport reception or help coordinating arrival at your accommodation. Confirm who will meet you and which parts of the arrival are covered.

## Guides and experiences for companions

Private guides, city experiences and transport can be coordinated for family members and companions. Your own activities should fit the clinic schedule and any advice from your dentist.

## Support for longer stays

Ask about cleaning, laundry and grocery assistance through local providers. Availability, service area, duration and fees are agreed individually.

## Daily coordination and your return

For directions, practical questions and arrangements, agree a coordination contact and service hours. After returning home, we help reconnect you with the clinic for follow-up. This is coordination support, not emergency or medical care.

## Choose only what you need

Additional services are optional. We introduce providers and coordinate the plan; bookings and payments are made directly with the providers, under their confirmed terms.
