# Making space for your first questions.

> A first enquiry can be simple. Here is how to turn a broad wish into a useful conversation without deciding on treatment in advance.

This edition contains the page’s main editorial text and FAQs. See the web page for supplementary tools, tables and visit details.

## Begin with your priorities

Think about what prompted you to get in touch: questions about your smile, replacing missing teeth or planning a visit. Describe the topic in everyday language; you do not need to name a procedure.

## Use the right channel

The website form collects a name, phone number, optional email and broad topic. Keep medical records and photographs out of this first step. If the clinician needs further information, ask how to share it appropriately.

## Ask who does what

Identify the treating clinic and clinician, and distinguish clinical assessment from visit coordination. Ask who will answer clinical questions and who will help with practical arrangements.

## Leave with a clear next step

Ask what information is still needed, whether an assessment is required and what happens afterwards. Before committing, request the proposed plan, costs, alternatives and follow-up arrangements in writing.

## About Narin Care

Narin Care is a coordination service, not a dental clinic. Diagnosis, treatment suitability and clinical decisions are the responsibility of the treating dentist and clinic.
